The company is a collaboration between Andrew Johnson and Catherine Read-Fletcher, both of whom have over 20 years of industry experience covering almost every methodology available, both quant and qual.
Although our base is in Durban, South Africa, we work extensively throughout sub-Saharan Africa and consult for clients on almost every continent. Our hearts are very much captured by this vibrant continent and her amazing people.
Our business focus is on strategic research (mainly quantitative) in our key areas of passion – innovation (including concept, sensory, product and STM testing), usage or habit and attitude studies and segmentation, ad hoc research (consultancy and strategy) and studies focussing on emerging market consumers and traders.
We are passionate about working with real people, finding real stories. Our process is consultative and driven by the partnerships we have with our clients and while we are analytical we are also creative in our approach to finding strategic solutions.
